Kennedy Recuses Himself From Credit Suisse Case

Law360 (March 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy has recused himself from a major antitrust case involving Credit Suisse and 15 other large financial companies, ostensibly because his son currently works for Credit Suisse.
