Time Frame Trimmed In Wal-Mart OT Class Action

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 2:40 PM EST) -- A Nevada judge has cut nearly in half the approved time period for violations in a proposed class action brought by a Wal-Mart Stores Inc. cashier who says she regularly worked more than eight hours in a 24-hour period without overtime pay through a combination of early and late shifts.
