Enviros To Appeal Del. River Dredging Project

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 4:36 PM EST) -- Environmental groups that alleged a $300 million project to dredge 102 miles of the Delaware River violated state and federal law said Thursday they would appeal a judge's decision to let the project move forward.

The Delaware Riverkeeper, the New Jersey Environmental Federation and the National Wildlife Federation said they planned to send the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Delaware environmental authorities initially sued the Army Corps of Engineers, and the environmental groups intervened.
