Admiral Fights Coverage For Law Firm's Defense

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 6:44 PM EST) -- Admiral Insurance Co. has asked a federal court to declare it has no duty to defend or indemnify Maryland law firm Garza Regan & Associates PC against Ivanhoe Investment Partners LP's lawsuit accusing the firm of failing to protect funds placed in an escrow account as part of a real estate investment scheme.
