Coke Wins Dismissal Of Suit Over Guatemalan Violence

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 4:53 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed a lawsuit accusing The Coca-Cola Co.'s bottling plants in Guatemala of unleashing a violent campaign against union leaders and their families, finding that Guatemala would be a more appropriate forum for the suit.
