White House Unveils New IT Acquisition Strategy

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 12:41 PM EST) -- The White House's Office of Management and Budget is looking to give its federal information technology procurement policies a 21st-century upgrade by making acquisition budgets more flexible, strengthening oversight and management, coordinating IT purchases and taking a so-called cloud-first approach to data.
