Receiver Case Against Stanford's 'Outside Wife' OK'd

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 7:19 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss a case seeking to seize property and other assets from a former mistress of jailed Dallas financier Robert Allen Stanford who a court-appointed receiver says has no right to live off the ill-gotten gains of her paramour’s alleged $8 billion Ponzi scheme.
