WorldLink Loses Protest Over Training Center Lease

Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 3:28 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied a company's protest over the cancellation of a messy U.S. General Services Administration solicitation for lease space.

In a decision made Oct. 27 but released Nov. 22, the GAO disagreed with WorldLink Aviation LLC that the agency lacked a reasonable basis for canceling the solicitation seeking space for the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service training center.
