Utility Hits CNA, Zurich Unit With $3M Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 6:16 PM EST) -- Public Service Co. of Oklahoma has hit CNA Insurance Co. and a Zurich Financial Services Group unit with a $3 million bad-faith lawsuit claiming the insurers should be ordered to pay for a negligence verdict in an underlying suit involving a power and cable television line accident.
