P&G, Vidal Sassoon Settle Dispute Over Royalty Payments
Law360 (September 6, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Procter & Gamble and Vidal Sassoon have settled Vidal Sassoon’s multi-million-dollar lawsuit over royalty payments for the legendary stylist’s hair-care product line, less than a month after a judge denied P&G’s motion for a summary judgment.
The companies issued a press release on Tuesday, saying that the lawsuit pending in federal court in Los Angeles has been settled “to the mutual satisfaction of all parties.” They refused to divulge the terms of the agreement.
