Barclays, Lehman Make Last Arguments In '08 Sale Row

Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 6:18 PM EST) -- Barclays PLC has submitted final arguments in a dispute over the sale of bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.’s business assets, saying Lehman failed to reveal any facts that would have convinced the judge not to approve the sale had he known them in 2008.
