Oracle Accuses SAP Of Theft "On Grand Scale"

Law360, New York (March 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Software maker Oracle Corp. fired a legal volley against archrival SAP AG on Thursday, accusing the German company of accessing its computers to steal “thousands of Oracle software products and other proprietary and confidential materials.”

“This case is about corporate theft on a grand scale, committed by the largest German software company—a conglomerate known as SAP,” Oracle said in the complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
