Sales Pact Didn't Affect Margin For Juice Co.: CIT

Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 12:39 PM EST) -- A judge has sustained the U.S. Department of Commerce's conclusion that a sales contract between Fischer SA Comercio Industria and Agricultura and its U.S. business partner did not affect the tallying of an anti-dumping duty margin on nonconcentrate orange juice, closing the Brazilian exporter's case.
