Coventry Wins Partial Toss Of Copay Class Action

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 2:38 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted in part a motion for summary judgment lodged by Coventry Health Care of Kansas Inc., arguing that Joy Holling-Fry, the lead plaintiff in a copayment class action, lacks standing to represent the class’ claims for injunctive or declaratory relief.
