EEOC Launches Applebee's Harassment Suit

Law360 (March 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a sexual harassment suit against an Applebee’s on Thursday, alleging that several employees were groped and solicited for sex and marking its second such suit against an Illinois franchise of the company in three years.
