Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 2:18 PM EST) -- Less than two months after a bankruptcy judge approved Almatis BV's Chapter 11 plan, three junior lenders have lost their bid to retain certain confidential materials related to the valuation of the company in order to share them with their new co-counsel, Herrick Feinstein LLP.
