MBSMS' Katrina Damage Suit Against Insurers Slimmed

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 7:18 PM EST) -- A federal judge has stripped bad faith claims from a suit that bankrupt real estate company MBS Management Services Inc. leveled against Hartford Fire Insurance Co., RSUI Indemnity Co. Inc. and others to recoup alleged losses caused by Hurricane Katrina.
