No Duties For Indian Acid Importer, Commerce Rules

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 3:42 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has elected not to impose anti-dumping duties on Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., concluding that the Indian chemicals producer did not make any sales of a chemical known as HEDP below normal value in the period under review.

Commerce announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid, also known as HEDP, in a U.S. International Trade Administration notice published in the Federal Register on Monday.
