Russia's WTO Hopes Brighten After EU Talks On Duties

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 5:27 PM EST) -- Russia and the European Union have resolved their issues related to Moscow’s entry into the World Trade Organization, a Russian news agency said, after fruitful talks in Brussels last week over disagreements on Russian railway fees and export duties, especially timber duties.
