Ex-Quest CFO Gets 16 Years After Fraud Conviction

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 7:27 PM EST) -- A federal judge sentenced former Quest Resources Corp. Chief Financial Officer David Grose to 16 years in prison Monday for filching more than $1 million from his oil and gas exploration company as part of an investment scheme.

Grose must also pay $1 million in restitution, forfeit another $1 million in assets and serve three years of supervised release after his prison term, according to a ruling from Judge Stephen P. Friot of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
