Kaba Ilco Hit With Class Suit Over Push Button Locks

Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 3:05 PM EST) -- Lock systems manufacturer Kaba Ilco Corp. is facing a putative nationwide class action alleging that its push button door locks are defective because they can be opened using commercially available magnets, leaving the locks unfit for their intended use and placing consumers at risk.
