SAS Loses Bid To Toss Akin Gump From Patent Fight

Law360 (November 30, 2010, 5:52 PM EST) -- A federal judge has lifted a discovery stay and denied SAS Institute Inc.'s bid to disqualify Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP as counsel for plaintiff JuxtaComm-Texas Software LLC in an infringement suit over a patent for manipulating and exchanging data between computer systems.
