Barclays Fires Back At SEC In Lehman Asset Dispute

Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 6:52 PM EST) -- Barclays PLC has accused the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of doing an about-face in disputing the British bank's claim to about $1.3 billion in additional assets it said should have been included in its 2008 purchase of bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s business assets.
