Health Provider Loses Cert. Bid In State Farm Suit

Law360 (December 2, 2010, 4:25 PM EST) -- Coastal Neurology Inc. has lost its bid for certification of two classes of Florida health care providers in its breach of contract suit accusing State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. of using National Correct Coding Initiative edits to unlawfully limit providers' reimbursements.
