CWM Hit With Fine Over PCB Disposal

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 1:32 PM EST) -- Chemical Waste Management Inc. has been slapped with a $300,000 fine for failing to properly dispose of chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive problems at one of its hazardous waste landfills in California, a facility that is currently the subject of a birth defects controversy.
