Liberty University Aims To Revive Health Care Suit

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 4:46 PM EST) -- Liberty University Inc. on Wednesday appealed a federal court decision dismissing its lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the individual insurance mandate in the recently enacted health care reform law, the second such suit to fall short in its goal of overturning the sweeping new statute.
