ITC To Probe Duties On Urea From Russia, Ukraine

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 6:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday announced a five-year sunset review of anti-dumping duty orders on imports of urea from Russia and Ukraine, while the U.S. International Trade Administration said four new sunset reviews will take place in January.

The ITC opened its third sunset review of Russian and Ukrainian imports of solid urea, a fertilizer component, to determine whether revoking the duty orders would hurt the domestic industry in the foreseeable future, according to a notice published Wednesday in the Federal Register.
