Del. Court Upholds CA Win In Software License Dispute

Law360, New York (December 2, 2010, 2:04 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of the State of Delaware has upheld a lower court's ruling that let CA Inc. off the hook for $60 million in damages sought by its former subsidiary Ingres Corp. in a dispute over licensing payments for legacy users of CA software that Ingres took with it in the spin-off.
