NAFTA Sends Mexico Light-Walled Pipe Row Back To ITC

Law360, New York (December 2, 2010, 3:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has been told to come up with a revised ruling after a North American Free Trade Agreement appellate panel partially upheld a Mexican company’s challenge to the commission’s injury finding that went in favor of domestic light-walled rectangular pipe and tube producers.
