House Sends Asian Carp Bill To White House

Law360 (December 2, 2010, 1:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. House of Representatives has approved a bill blocking U.S. imports of an invasive Asian carp species that has spread across most of the Mississippi River watershed and the Mississippi River, sending the bill to President Obama for final approval.
