Managers Of Bogus Hedge Fund Cop Guilty Plea

Law360, New York (December 2, 2010, 6:32 PM EST) -- Two operators of the hedge fund A.R. Capital Global Fund LP have pled guilty to conspiring to rip off investors to the tune of more than $7 million.

Igor Levin and Yevgeny Shvartsshteyn each admitted on Wednesday to one count of conspiring to commit mail and wire fraud before Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Ellis of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
