Injunction Bid Fails In Antitrust Suit Against JEA

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 2:51 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied Virtual Infinity Inc.'s bid for a preliminary injunction in a suit alleging Jacksonville, Fla., public utility JEA and a group of Virtual's rival contractors colluded to keep out competition on a truck chassis contract worth up to $50 million, leaving the door open for the defendants to move forward with the project.
