Court Affirms Reversal Of $20M Award Against DuPont

Law360 (December 3, 2010, 4:59 PM EST) -- A Florida appeals court has reaffirmed its decision to grant new trials and reverse approximately $20 million in judgments against DuPont Co. in a lawsuit brought by 27 leatherleaf fern farmers in Costa Rica who alleged a fungicide made by the chemical giant was toxic to the plants.
