DOI To Rethink Bids On $30M Health IT Contract

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 4:18 PM EST) -- Competing proposals for a $30 million contract for work on an information-sharing network will go back for review after Harris Patriot Healthcare Solutions LLC, which held the contract since 2008, challenged a decision to award the contract to rival Stanley Associates Inc.
