Mount Sinai Hospital Official Cops To Bid-Rigging

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 6:20 PM EST) -- A former purchasing official at New York's Mount Sinai Medical Center and Mount Sinai School of Medicine has pled guilty to bid-rigging and fraud in connection with a contractor kickback scheme.

Mario Perciavalle, a former associate director of plant services at Mount Sinai and a resident of Stormville, N.Y., pled guilty to all three charges in the case against him Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
