Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 2:17 PM EST) -- A group of beer drinkers whose antitrust suit over the $52 billion merger between InBev NV/SA and Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. fell flat may be brewing up a petition for U.S. Supreme Court review, now that a federal appeals court has rejected its challenge to a panel decision that affirmed the dismissal of the case, attorneys for the group said Monday.
