Great Lakes States Lose Bid To Block Asian Carp

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 2:19 PM EST) -- Attorneys general from five Great Lakes states have lost their bid to force the federal government to install physical barriers and take other preventive measures to halt the passage of Asian carp from the Mississippi River to Lake Michigan.
