High Court Won't Hear Ex-HP Worker's Benefits Appeal

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 7:50 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to review a lawsuit seeking to force Prudential Insurance Co. of America to reinstate long-term disability benefits to a former employee of Digital Equipment Corp., now Hewlett-Packard Co.
