9th Circ. Revives Occidental Petroleum Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 8:00 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has revived a case alleging Occidental Petroleum Corp.’s exploration operations over three decades in northern Peru have polluted the region’s waterways and caused health problems for members of an indigenous group.
