ITC Ends Pipe Fitting Duties On Japan, Others

Law360, New York (December 7, 2010, 8:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday terminated sunset reviews of anti-dumping duty orders on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from South Korea, Japan and Taiwan, bringing an end to more than two decades of duties on pipe fittings from those countries.

The ITC closed out the sunset reviews following the U.S. Department of Commerce's Nov. 5 revocation of the anti-dumping duty orders, according to an ITC notice published in the Federal Register.
