ITC To Conduct Sunset Review Of Korean PET Film

Law360, New York (December 8, 2010, 1:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has announced plans to carry out a full five-year sunset review of the anti-dumping order on polyethylene terephthalate film from Korea.

The commission will conduct a full review to determine whether revocation of the order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time, the ITC said Tuesday.
