Subpoena Stands In Chevron Ecuador Case

Law360 (December 8, 2010, 7:11 PM EST) -- A federal judge has largely refused to quash a subpoena issued for a former Chevron Corp. contractor at the request of Ecuador as part of a multibillion-dollar suit over oil pollution in the Amazon rain forest.
