Innotex's Defective Ink Cartridge Suit Sustained

Law360, New York (December 8, 2010, 8:13 PM EST) -- A federal judge has declined to dismiss printer cartridge company Innotex Precision Ltd.'s suit against distributors Horei Image Products Inc. and ITM Inc. that seeks $4 million in costs and damages for cartridges it says were delivered and not paid for but that the distributors claim were defective.
