Microsoft Faces Suit Over Web Browser Patent

Law360 (December 9, 2010, 6:49 PM EST) -- New York-based software company Robocast Inc. is taking Microsoft Corp. to court, accusing the technology giant of appropriating Robocast's patented automated browsing tools in developing Bing and Windows Vista.

Robocast filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware alleging Microsoft willfully infringed Robocast's U.S. Patent Number 7,155,451.
