Chinese Cos. Knew Of Honey Dumping, Commerce Says

Law360, New York (December 9, 2010, 5:10 PM EST) -- Domestic importers and Chinese exporters knew or should have known that honey shipped from China in 2000 and 2001 was being sold at less than fair value, the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined in a marathon case that already has taken one trip to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and could end up there again.
