Senate Republicans Block 9/11 Health Bill

Law360, New York (December 9, 2010, 4:35 PM EST) -- U.S. Senate Republicans blocked a bill Thursday that would reopen the compensation fund set up for victims of the 9/11 attacks, limit the liability of contractors and their insurers, and improve medical monitoring for first responders who have developed illnesses from the toxic smoke and dust at the World Trade Center site.
