Lyme Regis Draws Fire In Bid To Probe Blockbuster Case

Law360 (December 9, 2010, 4:12 PM EST) -- The unsecured creditors committee in Blockbuster Inc.’s bankruptcy case has opposed a move by creditor Lyme Regis Partners LLC seeking standing to pursue claims on behalf of the video rental giant’s estate.
