Cozen O'Connor

Law360 (March 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cozen O’Connor’s labor and employment practice group is young. It wasn’t until 1995 that the firm, whose main business was representing the world’s big insurance companies, decided to expand into a diverse, full-service offering.

Poaching labor and employment attorneys from a rival Philadelphia firm, the group steadily grew to today number 25 lawyers working out of Philadelphia, New York, Miami, Los Angeles and Seattle.

Practice chair Mark Foley joined Cozen in June 2006, making the jump with five others from Philadelphia-based Klett Rooney.
