WikiLeaks Host Threatens To Sue Visa, MasterCard

Law360 (December 9, 2010, 8:03 PM EST) -- WikiLeaks' payment processor, DataCell EHF, said Thursday that it intends to sue Visa Inc. and MasterCard Inc. over their refusal to process donations to the embattled anti-secrecy organization, accusing the credit card giants of caving to political pressure and valuing politics over free speech and their own business obligations.
