Guards Hit Securitas With Overtime Action

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 12:50 PM EST) -- Two security guards have filed a proposed class action accusing Securitas Services USA Inc. of violating federal and state labor laws by failing to pay for time they spent getting into uniform before their shifts began and for working past the end of their shifts.

Jesse J. Molyneux, from Iowa, and John Stellmach, from Wisconsin, filed suit on behalf of thousands of fellow workers Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
